Houston, February 15, 2018—Redline Detection, the leading manufacturer of diagnostic leak detection equipment, today announced while at Mac Tools Tool Fair, Booth #826 that Steve Jordan has joined the company as Senior Account Executive for mobile tool operations.
Steve comes to Redline from 19 years at Bosch North America where he built strategic alliances with automotive OEM manufacturers and implemented distribution programs. Steve has been in the tool and equipment industry for 35 years, first with General Motors, then Chrysler, Sun Electric, Bosch, and now Redline. “I am just honored to join the team at Redline, it’s a company I have long admired that makes absolute top quality equipment” said Steve Jordan.
Steve joined the team just in time for the launch of the new Air Brake NanoLeak Finder™, groundbreaking technology for Air Brake, Air Suspension and Air Powered Accessory Systems. With a simple, 1-minute test cycle, the machine flashes a clear green/ red, pass/ fail light indicator for fool-proof testing, regardless of technician, truck, or trailer variables. Only the Redline Air Brake NanoLeak Finder™ can indicate, with 100% certainty, whether a vehicle, tractor or trailer meets US DOT Standards or risks being taken out of service. Engineered with safety in mind, even a relatively inexperienced technician can quickly and reliably test every vehicle, easily pinpointing the site of the problem with 100% certainty, freeing more experienced technicians to make repairs.
In his spare time, Steve enjoys the outdoors, fishing, camping, and spending time with his family.
